I wouldn’t trade my ARRO man for anyone. He is amazing to me and treats our house with care. He always remembers me and personalizes his service knowing I hate any bug. I don’t think he ever has a bad day. Always pleasant, happy, and thorough. Great worker. Hard worker. So, so kind!! He should train the young lady that schedules the appointment how he is so happy and kind. She must have a lot of bad days and is not very friendly when calling. She called yesterday and seemed completely put out to even have to call. She needs to shadow him for a day and see what happy disposition is! It matters. I hung up yesterday like, wow, she hates her job.
