Couch(s) are best in business. They are very supportive would provide you with enough options to match your body type. But at same time will always push you and make you believe you can do much more than you think you can. It's a friendly environment and ppl are friendly and make a fantastic environment to do your workout.

I love Crossfit Infinite Strength! I recently moved to another state and am sad because I haven't been able to find a new gym with the same level of programming expertise and knowledgeable coaches. They take the time to write the programs based on what their members want to achieve and have periodic fitness tests so that you can track how much you are improving! Another aspect that I loved is that the workouts aren't just "Crossfit" workouts but strength and skill programs as well. The gym is run by a wonderful family and they take pride in having great coaches, the best equipment and keeping the gym clean and safe!! I would highly recommend this gym!

I appreciate all training and gcrossfit experiance. I am impressed with how attentive the coaches are in regards to form. One suggestion I have would be before we warm up for lifting would be to take the PVC pipes and go over the lift with that before we actually lift. It seems more efficient and its quick and easy. Other than that my transition into this new crossfit gym has been EXCELLENT! Thank you for everythig..
