Patient presented for a second opinion after an initial consultation with an oral surgeon regarding extractions and implants. A panoramic and intraoral X-ray were taken. Dr. Greer conducted a periodontal evaluation, noting the need for deep cleanings in all four quadrants for salvageable teeth with 4mm pockets. A treatment plan was developed, including root canals, crowns, impressions for immediate partials, and extractions once the partials are ready. A 25% discount was applied to the treatment plan. The patient was scheduled for deep cleanings in a few weeks.
