Harpers was great to deal with. We got an estimate for a remote controlled roll down screen for our front entry. When the written estimate came via email and was higher than quoted, I called and spoke with the person who did the estimate. He immediately agreed to use the in person quote. Price was very fair. Estimate of time until work could be performed was spot on. installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The screen is fabulous and allows a breeze to enter our courtyard - exactly what we wanted. I would definitely do business with Harpers again.
