Very polite tech, analysed problem quickly, solved it at once. We had a non-working outlet and our exterminator thought a squirrel had possibly chewed a wire. The tech found that we apparently installed a new electrical outlet incorrectly and he was able to fix it in just a matter of 15 minutes. We are on Social; Security and were afraid of an expensive repair. We will definitely use this service again.

My experience with Ameriserve began with Chad & I was very pleased with the quick response by Chad. I then dealt with Michael & he took great care in finding a good price for me. Chelsea was very professional directing me to Lee. I cannot say enough about Lee & the care & professionqlism he showed throughout. He helped decide on which unit was best for me & gave me incredible service installing the unit. Lee went above & beyond great service from start to finish. Bryan Jones our electrician did a superb job in spite of running into several difficulties in the two jobs he handled for us. However dealing with the inside personnel of AmeriServ was an entirely different situation. They kept rescheduling the jobs and I had to initiate almost every phone call to get any answers. If it were not for Bryan I would have lost complete faith in AmeriServ. The ratings below DO NOT reflect Bryan's work
