Very polite tech, analysed problem quickly, solved it at once. We had a non-working outlet and our exterminator thought a squirrel had possibly chewed a wire. The tech found that we apparently installed a new electrical outlet incorrectly and he was able to fix it in just a matter of 15 minutes. We are on Social; Security and were afraid of an expensive repair. We will definitely use this service again.
