your technician was polite and professional. your prices were a little high but not outrageous. my only small complaint i had was that i asked the technician for advice on fixtures and a few other mild issues and he didn't have any particularly helpful suggestions. i will reiterate that the 2 guys did a good job and were able to deal with a few curve balls the job threw at them. so over all a better than good experience but not amazing.
