This was a job at a leased residence. The tenant was very pleased. I also appreciated that once he realized I, the landlord, lived out-of-state, he picked up fixtures that normally he would have had the owner do and did so at no extra charge. I would definitely ask for him again.

Installed GFCI outlet and switch for pool light- electricians in Lawrenceville,ga
Install 5 Recessed Can Lights and 3 Pendant lights for more lighting in the kitchen. Also, replaced outdated smoke detectors with 2 Carbon Monoxide/ Smoke Combo's and 2 Regular Smoke Detectors.
Replace 3 ceiling fans and 3 ceiling fan Rated boxes. Also installed GFCI Receptacles.
