The Early Bird team followed up on service call scheduled time and tried to get a tech out earlier due to a change in availability, which was appreciated. The technician Cody was awesome, he was able to diagnose and resolve the issues with my outlets as well as replace am outdoor light fixture quickly and at a reasonable price. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient technician, I'd call to have Cody come out again anytime!
