Pleasant serviceman. he had to adjust what he planned to do because of the energy saver device. the hot water heater didn't start heating because of the energy saving device. So he had to call Conexus and then redo the wiring so that we got hot water. We had been without hot water for several days waiting for a new hot water heater, so if was great to be able to get working right away. Thanks, Paul

Reconnect power to new water heater. Disconnected off peak meter and rewired circuit to eliminate off peak meter.
Troubleshoot afci breaker that was tripping. I found leakage coming from the equipment ground on a ceiling fan.
Grounded kitchen outlet. Installed gfci protection.
