Adam, this visit as well as on the last visit, was both friendly and efficient with what we wanted done. He prompted us on both visits to ask any him questions about any other work that might need to be done. There were two small projects that I had been thinking about for a long time, but had not thought to have done. Usually you think about those other things after someone leaves. This time we had him handle the other projects - because he thought to ask - and not in a pushy way.
