We requested installation of an interlock system to enable easy attachment of an external generator in case of power outage. Unlike several other comapnies that either did not return calls of did not provide free estimates, Express Electrical was extraordinarily prompt in their replies and provided a free estimate. The scheduling and interactions were flawless and the technician, Mr. Hand, was outstanding. There were a couple of minor causes for "revisits" which were addressed quickly, which is another example of their excellent service.
