Incredible service! Called May 26th, 2020. My appointment was scheduled for repairs and estimate of additional work the next day at 8:00 a.m. Milad, my tech called when in route. Minutes later an e-mail arrived from Express with his name and picture in front of his truck to introduce him. Nice personal touch! Also fabulous safety feature when you're inviting a stranger to do work to your home. It's comforting to know who they are. Milad's an asset to your company. He arrived prepared and ready to work. Had my list ready to discuss. A true professional, organized, heard my needs, efficiently mapping his plan of action within a few minutes of arriving. No wasted time. In my field of customer service, he's honestly a natural when it comes to people skills. Issues needing my approval were explained so I could sign off on the costs before just being surprised with a huge bill. Nice to know a head of time the total costs. I hope tons of people get the pleasure of hiring this company, and having Milad renew their faith that stellar customer service still exists.Thank you a million times over Milad, for making my home safer. PS - If his boss sees this, please don't ever let him go, give him a raise! He's your best advertisement for Express Electrical Services. Because of his service I plan on spending the word to my friends and neighbors.
