Rebuilt all three lights in attic, checked all wiring connections, repaired as needed and provided new lamps. Installed safety/ service switch and wiring for attic fan installed by others. Set thermostat to 100 deg and verified it is working. Took 3rd level light down, reinstalled it and provided new LED lamps. Main electrical panel- cut out rusted splices due to water getting into the panel. Corrected double taped neutral wires. Tighten all screws on branch circuits, some where in fact very loose. Concern with water getting into panel. Visible signs of rust on panel itself and the main power cable coming in from outside has moderate amounts of corrosion. Suggest to replace panel with new and replace corroded main power cable. County may require bringing the electrical grounding system up to code. See photos and I left the wire connections that rusted as water had dripped into them.
