Original call was to hang a light fixture in the living room and install a new car charger receptacle. Customer also had concerns about a plug for the tv in the basement and recess lights in the basement. After looking at the receptacles and switches i found they were old and dated along with missing gfci were necessary and hot/neu reverse on numerous receptacles, the panel also was full with no surge protection installed along with no hot to cold gas bond. I am recommending a complete home redevice with surge protection included with grounding and bonding done
We will be returning next Thursday to install a new attic fan (black roof) with a thermostat on unit to control it. We will also replace master bathroom ceiling fan and powder room vanity light. Customer rapid $100 deposit today leaving a balance of $1,197.00 5/24 Customer added:Quote to remove master bathroom exhaust fan and install new Panasonic fan and install a separate switch to control the light on it. Wee will also install a timer switch to control the fan. 6/7/21 we returned today and installed new rooftop attic fan with a thermostat as well as a master control switch next to it. We also removed existing master bathroom exhaust fan and installed new Panasonic select-a-speed fan with a light and installed separate switch to control light. We also installed a timer to control the fan. Replaced customer supplied master bedroom ceiling fan and wall control. We also replaced customer supplied powder room light and installed a lighting box behind light for wiring.
