Replaced broken 4-way switch in the kitchen that controlled recessed lights and chandelier. Repaired crossed wires in thermostat on basement baseboard heater in room with main panel. Removed broken photocell from light under back porch. Replaced standard outlet for sump pump with a new GFCI device. Found that main panel was replaced a few years back and surge protection was never installed. we are providing quote to install one to protect homes electrical system as well as electronics and equipment in home. I also found 2 missing smoke detectors in the basement. Providing quote to install 2 new units with 10 year lithium ion back up batteries.
