Responded to call for wires pulled from water tank. Upon arrival customer advised wiring to heating elements in the water tank are melting and he is having to replace heating elements constantly. Inspected water tank. Found 30 amp circuits were undersized for the elements. Advised customer will need to install new circuits capable of holding the load of the heating elements. Customer agreed to estimate. Install new 3 phase circuits for water tank heating elements. Installed new 3 phase breakers for the heating element circuits. Installed new 40 amp 3 pole contactors for heating elements. Installed new whips from contactor panel to elements. Wired new elements. Tested all. Found all new equipment is operating properly at this time. While installing heating element circuits customer requested quote to install new dedicated microwave circuit in break room. Inspected break room microwave location. Found panel within 100ft of break room. Advised customer of the estimate. Customer agreed
