Replaced bad outlet in downstairs under diagnosis also replace light on garage. Customer saw everything was working. And signs off on everything is working
Collecting 29.00 today customer is not ready to perform work at this time.
Breaker is broken and needs to be replaced and switch is broken and needs to be replaced outlets are not working in the basement I explained to customer that if the breaker does not fix the outlets I will have to run a diagnostic and she declined doing that part of the job
Responded to call for damaged ac disconnect. Upon arrival customer advised hvac tech stated furnace disconnect is damaged and needs to be replaced. Inspected disconnect. Found disconnect melted and hvac tech bypassed damaged disconnect for furnace operation. Advised customer of 13 point inspection to determine if there is an underlying problem. Customer agreed to inspection. Inspected electrical panel. Found breakers are prematurely worn. Found numerous signs of surges in the home. Found cord terminal block on stove has taken a surge. Advised customer of all findings. Advised customer of all options. Customer stated she will call next month to schedule work to be completed. Thank you. Eric Messer.
Gave estimate to redevice home add 2 dedicated circuits and added surge protection as well as trim the excess Romex in the panel
Responded to call for need dryer outlet replaced to match new dryer cord. Upon arrival customer advised dryer outlet does not match new dryer cord. Customer purchased new outlet to match cord and needs it installed. Customer agreed to estimate to replace existing dryer outlet with customer supplied outlet. Customer signed sheet rock damage waiver due to dryer outlet plate was glued to existing dryer outlet. Was able to remove dryer outlet plate with no sheet rock damage. Removed existing dryer outlet. Installed new customer supplied outlet. Tested outlet. Outlet is working properly at this time. Customer declined 13 point inspection and surge protection at this time. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.
Installed circuit, two gang cut in box and 2 recepticals behind refrigerator to separate microwave from kitchen circuit....installed fan rated box in living room ceiling and 2 switchlegs 2 switches in a 2gang box for ceiling fan. Replaced all breakers in panel in garage....
Rejuvenated The main panel and replace the main breaker for the home also added surge protection
Replaced the switch or the Landry room and ran panel inspection found surges are comes go through the panel and breakers are humming because of them coustomer is awair and plans to do the work on monday
Fixed tap in the master closet for the over head light due to the connection was burnt out

Installed outlet below panel for t.v and a coax beside it. Installed 2 dimmers, installed outlet in living room for tv. Also ran switch leg for pendent lights, roughed in cabinet lights at top of cabinets. Will have to return to install lights at top when it gets done being built. Advised customer about surge protection. Customer declined safely check up
Replaced two bathroom GFCI s on in hallway upstairs, and one in basement. Checked on panel. Advised customer of issues with that age of panel. Also returning Friday to replace bathroom fan in master bathroom
