No power in living room.....checked electrical panel, found circuit 9 controls affected electrical outlets. Turned off breakers and checked outlet under switch and found loose wire... pigtailed wires together and reconnected to outlet and testedroom outlets, all worked except light on back porch.....pulled fixture down and found burned neutrals and loose connection....replaced wirenut and twisted wires together and reinstalled fixture.. also noticed burned wires in outlets broken boxes rust and corrosion on breakers and busbar in electrical panel also double tapped neutrals...owner declined repairs....only diagnosed and made repairs to make the circuit work nothing replaced. Can only warranty labor for the first outlet to right of living room entrance...informed home owner of all findings ..recommend replacing all devices in home and panel...

Responded to call for need light fixture on front porch replaced. Upon arrival customer advised she purchased a new light fixture for front porch and needs it installed. Customer agreed to electrical inspection. Inspected panel. Found double tapped neutrals. Found slight water damage on breakers. Advised customer of findings. Inspected outside meter. Found meter base has no damage. Found grounding system has only one ground rod. Advised customer grounding system should have two ground rods to ensure proper resistance. Found one outlet cover missing on front porch outlet. Advised customer. Customer agreed to option to install bubble cover and replace existing light fixture with customer supplied fixture on front porch. Removed existing wall mount fixture on front porch. Installed new customer supplied fixture. Tested fixture. Fixture is operating properly at this time. Inspected front porch outlet. Found water damage on outlet. Advised customer of the damage. Customer declined

Installed chandelier frame that another company assembled, due to manufacture defect the canopy sits 1/4’ from ceiling but mr dennis agreed to proceed, put on decorative crystals and safety cable attached to beam in attic

Homeowner is selling home needs to upgrade per inspector with several GFCI outlets and labeling the panel homeowner thinks some of the outlets that the inspection said was not working are on switches....this is a rough estimate until panel is labeled and circuits are known.........panel is possibly 20 years with previous water damage in basement

Responded to call for hall light not working. Upon arrival tenant advised master bedroom has no power. Inspected panel. Found burnt wiring to breakers and neutral bar. Advised customer of findings. Customer agreed to panel replacement via text. Removed existing damaged 100 amp Siemens main lug panel. Installed new Eaton 100 amp main lug panel. Installed all new breakers. Tested all breakers. Breakers are operating properly. Power restored to outage areas. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.

Replaced (2) afci breakers for main floor bedrooms. Reworked and replaced taps and devices in bedrooms. Also replaced j&J bath 3-way and basement stair 3-way. Replace NON UL sump pump breaker. Turned everything on both circuits on to test and breakers held as designed. ESP inspection performed today as well. Only isssues found were gfci protection on sump pump and basement smokes need to be reinstalled. Recommended surge protection for both panels, phone line and cable tv data panel. Devices have standard 3-yr. warranty. Breakers are warranties for 5 years. Labor has lifetime warranty.
