Responded to call for squirrel damage. Upon arrival tenant advised damage was at the front porch light. Tenant stated home owner wanted the attic inspected for other damage. Inspected attic wiring. Found most wiring in the attic is damaged. Advised home owner of findings. Advised home owner of the options. Home owner advised she wants to hire an exterminator prior to repairs. Left all options with home owner. After completion of inspection tenant advised ac is no longer working. Inspected power to ac and air handler. Found ac has 230 volts. Found air handler has 120 volts. Advised tenant to call home owner for hvac repair. Tenant advised he will replace batteries in thermostat prior to contacting home owner for hvac repair. Thank you.
