Responded to call for need hvac circuit installed. Upon arrival customer advised she is replacing the existing gas furnace with an electric furnace. Inspected furnace location. Advised customer of sheet rock damage to install. Opened panel door. Found panel cover has 2 knock outs left for space. Removed panel cover. Found panel is completely full with no space left for an additional 240 volt circuit. Removed non UL listed breaker from panel and found bus bar is compromised due to burn from non UL listed breaker. While inspecting furnace location found dryer circuit is not safely installed. Advised customer of all findings including the need for a service upgrade due to all appliances are now electric and the electrical system was designed for gas appliances. Customer stated she will need to discuss options with her team due to they are flipping the home and hvac tech did not advise of the scope of work. Thank you. Eric Messer.

Responded to call for light post install. Upon arrival customer advised concrete was poured for light post and now needs light post installed. Inspected panel. Found multiple issues with main and sub panels. Found no grounding system. Advised customer of findings. Customer agreed to repairs. Replaced existing main panel. Replaced existing sub panel. Installed all new breakers. Installed new grounding system. Installed surge protection at main panel and both ac units. Tested all new equipment. All new equipment is operating properly at this time. Installed new customer supplied light post outside. Tested light post. Light post is operating properly at this time. Per customer request removed bulbs. Found no other issues at this time. Responded to call for outlet issues. Upon arrival customer advised of all issues. Due to magnitude of the issues in the home performed inspection on home. During inspection found back stabbed outlets with signs of heating. Found double tapped neutrals in panel. Found panel is new. Found breakers in panel are worn and older then 10 years. Found no grounding system on home. Found main service enters the home at the front of the home with no main disconnect. Found meter is on back of the home. Found no weather protection on exterior devices. Found microwave is operating on kitchen circuit. Found garage refrigerator and freezer on garage circuit. Found 50 amp ac unit outside with 30 amp whip. Found front porch outlet box not secured in wall. Advised customer of all findings. Customer agreed to most repairs. Separated all double tapped neutrals in electrical panel. Replaced all circuit breakers in the electrical panel. Installed new grounding system. Installed new dedicated electrical c

Responded to call for need outlet installed and ceiling fans installed. Upon arrival customer advised he needs a quote to install ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms and a quote to install an outlet in the master closet. Explained the options to the customer. Customer stated has to purchase the ceiling fans for install. Customer stated he has to get his contractor to move a wall prior to installing new outlet. Performed whole redevice due to outlets being installed incorrectly. Also home had double tapped nuetrals and original breakers. Checked bus bar for heat. Replaced all breakers repaired double taps. And installed surge protection.
Responded to call for kitchen outlets breaker tripping and bathroom outlet not working. Upon arrival customer advised when she uses her microwave and countertop oven at the same time the kitchen breaker trips. Customer also advised upstairs bathroom outlet is not working. Inspected kitchen outlets. Found 1200 watt microwave and countertop oven are on the same circuit. Advised customer using both appliances at the same time is overloading the circuit causing the breaker to trip for safety reasons. Advised customer to use both at the same time she will need a dedicated circuit for the microwave. Customer stated she will refrain from using both appliances at the same time. Left estimate to install dedicated microwave circuit. Inspected upstairs bathroom outlet. Plugged gfci tester in to outlet. Tester reads broke neutral. Inspected downstairs bathroom outlet. Found outlet is reading broke neutral. Traced circuit to garage outlet. Found same reading. Tested breaker. Found proper voltag
re devised entire home with new switches and outlets, installed new electrical service with new meter main combo, new electrical panel, grounding , installed smoke detectors.
Gave estimate to move 4 outlet/ switch boxes and re secure them
Arrived spoke with homeowners. Looked inside panel. Bus bar inside panel is burnt and is a hazard. Panel will have to be replaced. Included in qoute is a GFCI breaker to protect kitchen outlets. Bathrooms have no protection and wil need to be protected for a inspection. And also safety
Arrived at home found breaker for cook top in off position. Performed diagnoses on circuit. Checked ohms on wire for problems everything checked out. Turned breaker on. But had no voltage at cooktop. Turned breaker off and on rapid a couple times breakers contacts made connection. Had power at breaker and cooktop. Cooktop still would not come on. Checked power at cooktop eye had 15 volts being put out. Cooktop is bad or controls are bad. Also recommend replacing breaker due to problems at beginning. While at panel noticed double tapped neutrals and breakers which both are a hazard and safety risk advised customer and left qoutes for needed repairs.
