Jake, who came yesterday was very well informed. He even read the directions in the box. The light he fixed worked perfectly after he left. I also appreciate the fact that this company returned to my house until the problem was taken care of.
DJ and Aaron did a great job with my TO DO list. I had three issues that needed resolved, and they got them done fast. This is my second time using Light-em Up and I cannot recommend them enough.

Added 4 dedicated electrical outlets to for warmers, one for warming cabinet, one for cooling cabinet. Installed a quad outlet at cooling cabinet for electrical bug zapper. The quad at the warmers is separate circuits. Thank you for your business.
Responded to call for partial power outage. Upon arrival customer advised she has no power to most of the upstairs. Inspected main electrical panel. Found multiple defective breakers including main breaker for sub fuse box. Advised customer of the findings. Customer agreed to option. Installed 1 additional ground rod. Replaced all circuit breakers. Tightened all ground and neutral connections. Tested all repairs. Power is now restored. Advised customer of the need to relocate circuits in the fuse box and install sub panel to eliminate fuse box. Customer stated she will reschedule at a later date to complete the panel relocate. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.
There were no grounds that were going to 2 outlets in the study. Trace the wire back to a junction box the ground was cut off. Then I reattached the grounds for garments in all the holes around the junction box. Then I realized there was still an open ground went to the light fixture that came off the junction to the light fixture. I took the light fixture down opened it up there were some loose connections on the wires in the grounds were not attached. I fixed the loose connections put the grounds back together. put connector in and checked the outlets out and everything is showing with a ground so the two outlets upstairs in the study are showing correct.
Call back from original project that dan installed. Left the hot feed unattached. Due to primal circuit to home wire is an ungrounded wire so outlets are not grounded.

Arrived found mass pipe bent at roof line. Checked wiring at feeder insulation is deteriorating on exterior of home. Home has no grounding. Advised customer of issues with fuse panel. Left 3 quotes for repairs. All quotes are good for 30 days
