Andrew of Martella showed up right on time, put his booties on, introduced himself and went right to work, all the while, explaining to me what he was looking for and what he was finding. He found and fixed the problem that had others scratching their heads. He was friendly, polite and determined. The price was very fair.

I called the company. They set an appt for a week later. The tech arrived early: I had 9am, he had 8am and got here 7:30am. But, I'd rather he be early than late. He was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He has fixed our problem. I appreciate the 3 year warranty on repairs. The only surprise was: The girl in the office told me about the $69 "service dispatch fee" which I understand. However, there was also a "diagnostic fee" which sounds like another added charge but may really be parts and labor. Not sure. I would use this company again.
