Mark solved an intermittent problem... one of the tough types. He was able to pin it down to several incorrect types of breakers, some of which had already melted some. He was on time, polite, explained my options and quickly resolved the problem. I feel safer. Turns out the breaker issue was also causing my fire alarm to go off randomly.
