Dear Mister Sparky, I was very pleased with Joseph’s personal & professional way he had handled the electrical problem, he was able to rectify. Though I believe the cost for the services that had been rendered, appeared to be relatively “steep” (nearly $200.00 Dollars, just to replace an outdoor electrical outlet that I had supplied.) I am content with the outcome, since I was depending on that particular outlet in order to plug a single nightlight bulb connection, above a Christmas Nativity Scene displayed on our front lawn. The previous outlet may had been exploded to our re-claimed water that applies water to our lawn. Though the previous outlet had a plastic insulated cover on it, over the last few years, water was able to seep into the casement around the outlet. Consequently, the seepage had caused rusting to the outlet’s screws; causing it to be extraordinarily difficult to remove! That Is why I had decided to contact Mister Sparky to send over a Licensed Electrician to handle the task. Over the years, I’ve installed electrical outlets, both inside and outside of homes that I currently and previously had owned. But when I realize the fact, I’m not an electrician (or a Licensed Plumber when the need arises) I know enough to allow for a “Pro” to do what they are trained to do! In closing, Thank you and in particular, Thank you Joseph for replacing our defective outdoor outlet! When they did the original breaker box replacement didn't get my itemized receipt. when I finally got one they did not deliver on every we agreed and the bill was very substantial. Then we star having some flickering here and there until the breaker box was making strange noises and lot power. They send Joseph and he was amazing. He actually help soothe the poor opinion I had of the managers that never return my calls.

I was very pleased with the installation of a new outlet in our bathroom. Varick took his time to evaluate which outlet in my living room or master bedroom was best to run power from. He was friendly and considerate. He moved furniture to access the power source and cleaned up leaving no trace of dust. I would say “Job well done!”
