The guys braved the sauna that is my attic to replace two electric ventilation fans. They were upfront and honest with the issue and price, fixed it in a timely manner and even put up with my cat supervising their work. Couldn’t ask for two nicer and professional gentleman. Miscellaneous repairs, new circuits, smoke detectors, surge protectors
I was called out today to check the power for the oven and I found Wyatt is a bad breaker we also talked about whole home surge and lightning protection and installing arc fault breaker’s in the electrical panel and replacing expired or bad smoke detectors some companies recommend you replace their smoke detectors every seven years some recommend every 10 years.
I changed a flood light 20ft high and a front porch brk light. We also talked about adding 6 pot lights in the living room

I took a ceiling fan down in the media room and added some plugs in the ceiling for a projector and screen. I also put a 6 inch wafer LED Canlite where the ceiling fan was originally and installed a dimmer on the light. I also added a plug in the closet. I was able to complete this without damaging any sheet rock that is not always the case but this time it worked out
Added some outlets in the home, changed all the breakers in the electrical panel,and hung new smoke dectors
