Bill was great. Calm and patient with a dog and three-year-old. Did a great job installing the ceiling fan; was super clear with me on decisions I needed to make regarding the installation and why, so that I was able to make a the best decision for the room.
John and Bill were so nice and answered all of my questions. I do think it’s pricy, but they made sure everything was done correctly.
