Conducted safety evaluation on the main electrical system and found multiple issues that should be resolved. Customer informed me that a few days ago she plugged in her vacuum cleaner in the rec room to the left when you walk in from the garage. At that time the breaker would not engage on circuit #40 this was due to a wire that was traced out on the left side of the rec room when we first walk in. This will be capped off completely to insure that the power will flow back to all the working areas of. The rec room is now working and the customer will be moving forward with Option #1 to protect the panels and the house from any future surges that will indeed in the house. - Panel Rejuvenation up to 20Circuits - Install Panel Surge Protection - Replace 4 -Standard Outlets - Replace 2 - Standard Switch that need to be grounded - Diagnosis that has already been complete. - Please Replace GFCI and Bubble cover on the Back Porch Customer will show you.

- Replace 9 -11 GFCI if I Missed one Please take care of it. - Install A few SG Bubble Covers
Replace 3 GFCI White Style WR TR one in the down Stairs bathroom, one on the back porch to the back left side of the House, one in the Front Yard left side of the Garage behind two Limb Palm Tree. - GFCI was getting false Reading with 34v i believe the GFCI is bad once replaced will be corrected. - Take off the Dish Power supply that is double Lugged on the Outside main Breaker. This Meter main Combo is located on the Right front side of the Garage. - Make sure Bubble Covers Sg are installed on those outside GFCI.
Installed a new in use weather proof cover and a new GFCI outlet in the side of the house. Performed two standard repair troubleshooting and diagnostic for the fluorescent lights in top of the kitchen cabinets and disconnected them.
