Carlos was great, but the back office support was lacking. We had an ongoing project that admittedly was somewhat tricky that they eventually figured out, but they had poor follow up as to status. I would wait a couple weeks and then call to get a status. This happened each time over 5-6 visits over a couple month period. Again Carlos who was the one who came to our house was great each time but when he’d leave there’d be a loss to follow up.

The electrician, Carlos, who came to our house repeatedly to fix a tough problem with our chandelier was really patient and nice. My only complaints about Mister Sparky are minor. First is that their prices are high but in our case fair given how problematic this job was. Second, they were slow with follow-up from their office with respect to updating me about the status of their investigation into the problem with our light.

Carlos came to replace a ceiling fan which had stopped working. Another electrician said that it was not fixable so I bought a new one to replace it. Carlos figured out that it was fixable. Therefore I can take the new one back. He also installed a motion detector light on the outside of my house. The pricing was quite higher than expected but that is not his fault. He does not determine pricing. He was also on time which is very rare these days.
