Multiple issues found during inspection. The exterior panel has recently been replaced without a permit. The previous 125 amp service was replaced with a 200 amp service, but 125 amp wires feed the panel. The meter box was not replaced and is only rated for 125 amps. The grounding is not sufficiently spaced. The feeder wires connected to the 125 amp breaker are cut to fit the breaker. The main panel is crooked, and service mast is not secured properly. The entire service must be replaced. The inside panel has no bushing on feeder wires. Knockout holes have no connectors. Panel can be repaired. The new circuit for the hot water tank was installed incorrectly. Circuit needs to be installed to code. There are no smoke detectors in the home. 4 are required. The kitchen requires GFCI protection for all countertop outlets. Replace all outlets in kitchen to bring up to code. Hood fan wiring needs to be in a junction box. #mistersparky
Hanging chandelier and troubleshooting
Came out to look at panels in home customer also wanted to see how much it would cost to do work. Found low voltage wire going to breaker it garage and open knockouts not sealed. Also needs to replace 200 amp disconnect and panel in home and proper grounding. Needs to add smoke detectors in home.
