I came out to your home today to see why your outdoor outlet wasn't working. The 3rd breaker on the bottom right of the 1st panel was tripped. In order to reset the breaker you must turn it all the way off(to the right on the right side of the panel or left on the left side of the panel) and then push the breaker to center. Upstairs you were also having an issue with the 3 floor outlets not working. After some breif detective work ther is a switch on the first floor directly underneath those out heels that controls an outlet in the spare bedroom and those 3 floor outlets.
