We had Nick from Mr. Value come out to fix a minor electrical issue and add a new outlet. He was on time and did an excellent job all for a more than fair price. What neither he nor I expected was that he’d also be a big help in catching my dog who got out BECAUSE I LEFT THE DOOR OPEN!! Thank you Nick, for dropping everything and helping me chase my dog through the neighborhood to safely get him back home! He’s a little guy, but runs too fast for me. Couldn’t have done it without you! Can’t imagine many companies would come to the rescue like Nick and Mr. Value did today. Customer service well beyond what could be expected for sure. You’ve earned our gratitude as well as our business for life!
