I had Rich from Point Loma Electric add two new outlets to my garage. Rich called before arriving, kept me in the loop with everything he was doing and walked me through the completed project as well as my guarantees. Rich did an outstanding job and it looks great and is super clean. I plan on using Point Loma Electric for my next project. The price seemed a bit high (I did receive a Military discount) but I don't have a reference point because I chose this company because of their ratings and I firmly believe you get what you pay for.

Partial mainline stoppage affecting kitchen and half bathroom area. Mainline clean outs in front yard will not service this section of pipe. In an attempt to clear blockage, I accessed the 2” clean out located outside of kitchen wall exterior and ran snake a total of 50ft and was able to clear the blockage. No material retrieved on snake. Ran water at kitchen and had customer flush toilet several times while I was at the clean outs in front yard and confirmed toilet flushing and water passing through to the city connection.

Replace light fixture with customer supplied unit in downstairs bathroom Replace smoke detector with customer supplied unit in downstairs bedroom Replace exterior light fixture by back sliding door with customer supplied unit
Disconnect meter on house side and disconnect stove, Install 20’ of 1” galvanized pipe and strap to side of house Penetrate from exterior to behind stove reconnect. And replace 3/4” gas valve on stove, Replace 1/2” valve and flex line behind dryer, Replace 3/4” valve and flex line at Furnace.
