I am so happy Robert was the technician dispatched to our home! Robert was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Robert took the time to help me understand how our re-circulation system works. He explained the service and told me how long it would take. Once Robert completed the work, he asked if I had any more questions before leaving. I will certainly request Robert as our technician on any future work!

Overall, I was very pleased with the work. I was highly impressed by the professional attitude of both technicians. They were careful with the way they did the job and how they left the house afterwards. They were so polite, I felt very comfortable having them in my homer. Not sure if it's possible, but if I do have additional services, wish the same technicians could do the work.

Replace motion sensor floodlight with bronze defender type. Replace LED trim customer supplied
Repair slow running laundry sink. Determined pump is not pumping water out, and when it filled up the sink went into right side and drain going to sewer is clogged. Pulled out sump pump. Removed garden hose from unit and determined garden hose was clogged with lint, removed debris and reattached, pump operating as normal now. Removed p trap under sink and ran snake through drain approx 20ft in total. Reattached, filled up right side sink and let it drain down. Tested and restored flow at this time.
