Excellent customer service, Thomas was gracious and informative. After a major leak under our bathroom, he not only fixed our leak but gave us advice moving forward and gave it to me straight on the damage the leak had it caused. He made an unpleasant situation easier. Thomas was responsive and was able to come out the day we reached out for help.
