Richard was very communicative and knowledgeable. He arrived exactly when he said he would, assessed the issue, discussed in detail what was causing the issue. He also offered suggestions for addressing future occurrences of the issue. Major bonus is that Richard both went to grab a mask when he saw I was wearing one and wore boot covers.
