We are very satisfied with STELLA technician Richard's chandelier installation today. He was well prepared and finished the job quickly. On top of the outstanding work, he also cleaned the garbage and vacuumed the floor. We originally planned to have two chandeliers installed. But, when we opened the boxes that we ordered online, we found that a chandelier was missing a lot of parts and could not be installed. He was understanding and cut the service price to half to reflect the change we made last min due to missing parts. I highly recommend their services.
