The technician, Kevin McCray was beyond excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, great communicator. He carefully explained all he was going to do before the service so there were no surprises, and then methodically went over the system in detail. Afterwards, I got a complete breakdown complete with pictures on his IPad of areas of concern. Then, a complete range of repair/replace options and pricing summarized for me to choose. Doesn't get better than that. A+++
