Russ was super informative. We unfortunately had a terrible experience with a remodel. He checked all problems out. It is a sad outcome but we feel better knowing it can be done right! He fixed a very irritating light switch and now we have no problems. Updated all fire alarms in ceilings. So, we feel super safe now. Very professional but super kind man. Thanks Russ for being so understanding and amazing.
