From the first phone call inquiring about AC service to the completion of the work, TE was great to work with. My service appointment was scheduled for the next day! Corey called to let me know he was on his way and arrived in the window they gave me. Corey was diligent in finding the issue with my AC unit, discussed his findings and possible repairs, price, and once we agreed on the work to be done, he stayed and finished all the work, all in the same day. He was at my home for more than 5 hours so I could have a cool home!!! Thank you Corey and TE!
