Customer noticed that their Pressure reducing valve was leaking and would like for it to be replaced. Upon inspection of the PRV we saw there was water dripping from the PRV and we tested the pressure and found it to be high at 120 psi. Also upon inspection we discovered that the water heater is old at 20 years and we would in addition not only recommend replacing the PRV but the water heater as well due to the age and condition of unit. Work performed removed old pressure reducing valve and installed a new PRV. Additionally also removed old water heater and installed a 10 year natural gas water heater with drip pan, new ball valve and thermal expansion tank. Tested the PRV and water heater for leaks and found none.
