I love the fact that you allow the technicians to perform the work the same day when they provide a quote. Jeremy was very professional, prompt, answered all of the questions that I had, promoted additional work that he suggested, and was excellent at explaining everything throughout the process. Even our dog, who tends to not like many people, approved! He even appealed to my own obsessions and cleaned up some loose low voltage wiring and made everything much neater and aesthetically pleasing, which fixed something that had bothered me since we bought the house. He also spoke very highly of the company and the way the employees are treated, which was a very welcoming thing to hear.
