Replaced 2 lights, 1 switch and a flood light
Tub drain was leaking. Needed to be resealed with plumbers putty. After reseal I ran water for about 15 mins and did not get anymore leak. Everything is good to go as of right now. Thank you for choosing te certified
Installed new Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater with new thermal expansion tank, ball valve, drip pan, and leak alarm. Heater meets all local code requirements. In addition technician installed a new main shut off which is a 1/4 turn ball valve. After work was performed technician restored water back to the home checked for leaks and found none. Technician will return at a later date to install the anode rod upgrade kit due to the anode rod not being in stock.
We were referred out by service plumbing to check and clear the slow kitchen sink. On arrival I checked the sink and it was very slow to drain when filling up the sink and draining. I recommended jetting the line and a bottle of Endure for drain line maintenance and as a septic booster. Customer agreed. I removed the p-trap and ran the jetter down the line 4 times successfully clearing the blockage. I then tested sink by filling it up and it was draining very smoothly. Customer is aware they have Cpvc and does not want to get it looked at at this time.
Called out to complete sold work for removing existing kitchen sink, and faucet and installing a new customer supplied stainless steel drop in sink with a new faucet and redoing the drains below the sink and also to install two toilets in the home. Work was started by shutting off water to the kitchen faucet and removing the connections to the drain and kitchen faucet. Once all connections were removed, cut out old drop in kitchen sink and replaced with a new stainless steel kitchen sink. Allowed approximately four hours for adhesive to set in order to install the Fossett and drains for the new kitchen sink. Once new sink and drains were in place re-introduced water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Notice that there is a slightly slow drain when you fill both compartments of the sink. Advised homeowner that there could be potentially be a slight clog in the kitchen stack and would recommend getting our drain team out
-Hanger- From the Siemens sub-panel located by DL1 we wired in a new 120v 20 amp circuit for the hanger on the back side of the building. This circuit is attached to 5A on the panel board on a tandem 20/20 breaker. We used a 10g wire to help prevent a voltage drop from occurring. Inside the ha dig we used EMT conduit, straps, weather proof fittings and bell boxes to install (1) 20 amp weather rated GFCI and (1) 20 amp TRWR duplex outlet and (1) toggle switch and installed a new customer supplied fixture. After installing we tested the fixture and everything is working. -Guard Shack- From panel L1 we installed 1” EMT conduit up to 400’ to the exterior wall in the back corner to a disconnect. We used more conduit, weather rated fittings and a pvc tap box to get to the guard shack. We installed a #4 wire with a #10 ground to feed the guard shack to prevent a voltage drop. After installing we had a full load on the circuit and the drop was with the 5% range per NEC.
Replaced smoke and troubleshot 2 lights
Replaced plenum for supply that had growth on it. Tested work after installation.
1 system inspection Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The heat exchanger is separating and has hot spots on every cell of exchanger. The best and most reliable solution would be replacement of the furnace. There is no replacement heat exchanger in stock and would take a month to receive one . There is also growth above the coil .
Dual function breaker in main panel trips with new fridge, this option is to remove dual function breaker and install a standard 20 and install a gfi outlet at countertops. This removes gfi protection at fridge only and continues gfi protection at countertops
Troubleshoot fridge/kitchen circuit Add one 6 inch wafer light in kitchen, and one in garage
Ran 3 20amp dedicated outlets for space heaters. Each outlet is 20amps and on its own separate 20amp dual function breaker. All the outlets have been tested and work properly
Installed 3/4 EMT conduit from panel L3A which is located back left/center of the building by the roll up door over to a red beam for a new location sub-panel. We installed a sub-panel on uni strut that is attached to the beam we also have a conduit leaving the sub-panel going over to the small cubical office. We wired in and installed (2) 20 amp circuits for the following: (1) switch and (1) general purpose receptacle (1) A/C outlet. We installed a #6 THHN feeder to power the sub-panel and installed a 2p60amp breaker. After installation we tested for power and the circuits.
We trouble shot a breaker tripping and found that the sump pump has a fault and is causing it. We left an estimate to rerun the circuit on a dedicated, so there could be no issues with the bedroom that it was tied with anymore.
