My main hesitation to a better review is feel He tried to over sell me and added things I didn’t need and tried to slip them by me We settled on a price he said he could come back today and he would go to his shop and be back within an hour and a half. I waited three hours on him. They were there a good while working on my sink and then they said they bought the wrong water heater said they’d be back in an hour. It was an hours and 45 minutes later that they came back, and after that, they worked hard and they got out another hour and he gave me $100 off the quoted price because of the inconvenience but I didn’t get to see prices for my size water heater because he traded me out for a smaller one, also tried to sell service to maintain my water heater for maintenance for almost a thousand dollars Is that standard for you guys? I live on a very tight budget and my home needs lots of things. I am looking for someone I can trust to begin getting them done.one by one I really felt like I could trust the guy from your company who fixed the a/c earlier this summer and would call him Again Although Brandon was really nice and I know he had to be tired. it was a long day for both of us but I don’t understand why he didn’t measure the space where the water heater was supposed to go before he gave me an estimate in the first place or brought one to my home However they did an excellent job when they came back of putting it in and making sure everything was working properly. The new hot water heater looks very nice and I’m very thankful we have hot water tonight so it’s just honestly a mixed review.

For this job we returned to install the last flood light on garage wall, we came off the garage outlet and ran power to ring flood location, went through setup process on all three flood lights.
Installing 3 motion camera flood lights in back off the house
Customer called us out for a slow draining toilet. During inspection I noticed that the toilet flap closes quickly and replaced it with an adjustable flap. I ran the closet auger down the line and cleared the blockage. Tested toilet throughly and cleaned up. Customer water heater looked in good condition. The prv tested at 90psi. Customer was not interested in having the prv looked at today.
Customer called us out to have garbage disposal removed and to repipe it without a new disposal. Customer also had a slow draining bathroom sink and a very dirty clothes washer drain line. I ran a tub gun down the washer line. Removed and repiped the garbage disposal. Then cleared the bathroom sink. Tested everything to ensure it worked right and there were no leaks. Advised customer to have electrician come out to take a look at a few things and remove power cable for garbage disposal.
Remove and replace pipe and fittings in pump house to remove galvanized piping and properly secure water lines. Replace 2 toilets. Repair leak under pool bar sink.
Today we came out to the home to perform an electrical inspection
Went out on Tuesday for a burnt outlet. When I got there there was a charred outlet and soot on the wall. They had a 1500 watt space heater plugged into the outlet and the panel was a challenger panel. I informed them that it would be best to change the panel out and they agreed. We replaced the panel with a 42 space QO panel. We added surge protection to the panel and added dual function breakers where required. We updated the grounding system by running a new ground wire from the outdoor disconnect to 2 ground rods. We also ran ground wire to the copper pipe, within 5 feet of where it enters the crawl space, and we bonded on either side of the prv. We updated the smoke detectors in the house as well. We replaced 2 smoke/carbon combos, installed 4 smokes in the bedrooms, and added a smoke/carbon combo in the living room. All the smokes are interconnected. Troubleshoot outlets not working in office kitchen and make necessary repairs
Remove and replace 3” cast iron kitchen/washer drain in crawlspace.
Cleared toilet blockage using closet auger.
Remove the burnt out fan located in the hallway bathroom and install a new customer supplied fan. The home has an old Challanger panel located in the back office room. After removing the cover I discovered that the buss bar has been damaged and this would explain why mixed match breakers have been installed. I made the customer aware of the issue and left an estimate.
Tested furnace. Found failed gas valve. Circuit board is sending 24volts but valve is not opening. Also flue pipe is not connected all the way to double wall above the ceiling. Flue pipe is pieced together with single wall and double pieces or flue pipe. Found blower wheel dirty. No drain pan under the unit but does have wet switch on the ground near the unit. Condenser is not level and condenser coil is very dirty. Recommend cleaning.
