Schedualed an appointment for next day, they ended up calling me back about 45 minutes after scheduling saying a tech was in the area and could come now. I had tried to replace the shower cartridge and made it worse. The tech, Austin was professional, and got the job done. Price was far less than I was expecting, and repair took no time. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs.

Brand new HTP PH199-80 will not fire. Went through the troubleshooting process over the phone and determined that the control board is faulty. HTP is sending out a replacement part.
Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance on whole home system. Replaced the filter, checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. We put a Tee in order to clean drain line We connected the emergency heat strip which not connected
Began by picking up compressor from trane. I then arrived on site and got all parts and materials ready before I recovered the refrigerant from the system. Once refrigerant was recovered I cut out the old compressor and drier. Once it was cut out and removed we set the new compressor and drier in place. We flushed the refrigerant lines and made sure they were clean. We then brazed in the compressor and drier while flowing nitrogen. We inspected the welds and pressure tested the unit with 415psi of dry nitrogen to check for leaks and there were no leaks present. After pressure held for 15 minutes, I changed vacuum pump oil and put the system in a vacuum to removed all non-condensables and moisture from the system. I cleaned up the work space, got new schrader cores and setup the nitron gauge and let the system pull down to 420 microns after a decay test. We then weighed in factory charge and tested the system in heating and cooling. The system initially went into a soft lockout due to s
Home owner joined home care. Checked filter. Cleaned drain and heat pump panel. Checked all operations. Drain needs to be strapped better. Wrong size filter installed. Dirty blower wheel and evaporator coil. Biological growth in air handler. Flex kinked because of high voltage wire in the way. No discharge air sensor or transformer for zone board. Small leaks in supply plenum. Sealing ductwork and strapping drain to add value to work home owner decides to move forward with. She has to leave for an appointment.
For this job, the customer stated they had two leaks in the home. The main one is coming through the dining room ceiling coming from the master bathroom shower pan. The other leak was from the kitchen faucet, and a small drip from the garbage disposal. We replaced the disposal, as well as kitchen faucet. We preformed work, and tested everything. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Added an outlet in the ceiling for some tablet chargers. Came off of a GFCI circuit that was in the ceiling. That outlet box had bad connections and the box was ungrounded. I redid the connections, grounded the box, ran Mc over to my new outlet. The outlet is supported by a ceiling grid bar hanger. I tested everything before I left and it is all working properly.
Customer had a bad smoke detector so we replaced it. I informed the customer if she continues to have issues the only guaranteed solution will be to replace all the smoke detectors.
We ran power for the sauna and installed a disconnect for it as well
Leak in same spot as previous repair. Technician dug up spot repair and found that leak was coming from shark bite fitting down the line. Removed fitting and installed new stainless steel permant fitting. Checked and tested for leaks.
Wire new circuit and plug for frizzer and a new circuit for microwave
Performed troubleshoot on breaker tripping
Isolate water to booster pump and disconnect. Cap water inlet and outlet then test for leaks. Successfully removed pump, capped water, and tested with no issues.
Replaced two Price Pfister shower cartridges. Replaced one lavatory faucet. Installed new supply lines on the faucet.
