Schedualed an appointment for next day, they ended up calling me back about 45 minutes after scheduling saying a tech was in the area and could come now. I had tried to replace the shower cartridge and made it worse. The tech, Austin was professional, and got the job done. Price was far less than I was expecting, and repair took no time. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs.

During our visit, the customer mentioned the local water company notified him that there was a leak somewhere in the home. Upon inspection, I noticed the temperature and pressure relief valve on the water heater was leaking water outside. I also noticed the water pressure was high and the water heater was over 20 years old. I spoke with the customer about solutions. He mentioned they are selling the home very soon and he doesn’t plan to buy anything fancy. I provided and presented a quote that was approved by the customer. Considering the water pressure was high (90+), I tried to locate the existing pressure reducing valve. After digging at the water meter and near the entry to the home, I was unable to locate the prv. I installed the new pressure reducing valve on the main water line in the basement, as well as a new main shutoff valve. The old water heater was removed and a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater was installed. A new disconnect was installed along with a new w
Customer called about an unstable toilet in the master bathroom. Closet bolts were completely rusted out and homeowner was unable to remove toilet Cut out bolts to pull toilet. Once toilet was pulled discovered a rusted out band aid repair flange that was used previously in an attempt to raise height of toilet flange to be level with the surface of tile flooring. Cut out this rusted flange and instead a proper flange extension so flange was flush with flooring. Reset toilet and placed sanitary seal. Tested and flushed toilet several times and everything is working as it should at this time While in basement, took a look at the water heater and noticed a poor installation. Due to improper fittings (dissimilar metals) that were used to install heater, corrosion is visible on top on the water heater. Provided several replacement options for customer Thank you for choosing TE Certified
Installed new 50G electric water heater in warehouse area, to meet food grade health code requirements of 140°F at prep sink. Approximately 60 feet of new three-quarter inch copper tubing was also installed from water main across office space ceiling, into warehouse area for new water heater. A designated hot line was also installed and connected to prep sink directly to the right of the new water heater. All work completed was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Air was bled from all plumbing fixtures throughout commercial premises. Walk-through was completed with the customer, work areas were thoroughly cleaned up and payment was successfully collected. Temperature at prep sink was also thoroughly tested and now meets current food grade code requirements of 140°F, within a certain time frame. Customer will also have code requirements to meet in the warehouse in order to properly and safely have water heater put in place. Floor ballasts and “no forklift driving zones” will n
Replaced toilet flapper in master bathroom. Existing flapper was deteriorated and no longer functioning properly; installed new flapper to restore proper flushing and prevent leaks.
New 30a 208/240v circuit for the new water heater.
Troubleshoot kitchen light not working. It was a bad ballast. Replaced the ballast. Now the light works.
Service call 2 zone system. The damper motor wiring was loose. I repaired wiring to motor and tested . The furnace and air conditioner are showing wear . The auxiliary pan is rusted bad needs replacing. In my opinion it would be best to replace entire unit along with the auxiliary pan. Almost 10 years old and more issues will arise in the future.
Mitsubishi mini split not heating . Turned system to cooling, to check pressures. System is very low on Freon. Added Freon, to bring pressures back to normal. Checked for leaks, but couldn’t find anything. Told customer to monitor temperature, and call us back, if it stop heating.
Install two new flood lights, new outlet on the outside of the home, and replace garage light.
For this job, I replaced a dual-function breaker that was intermittently tripping. I completed a troubleshoot for the tripping breaker but did not find anything causing it to trip. It is possible that the backstabbed outlets are causing it to trip and I gave the customer an option to replace them. I waived the troubleshoot charge for the breaker replacement.
For this job the customer had a high water bill. Once we isolated the main water line and saw the meter was still moving we determined it was a leak on the main water service. Customer decided to replace the water service. We trenched from the meter to the corner of the garage and drilled a new penetration. The new service was strapped to the ceiling of the garage and insulated. In total approximately 50 ft of pipe was ran in the garage until it tied in to the plumbing for the rest of the house. A new dual check valve was attached to the meter and a courtesy valve and box were placed in front of the meter. Once all connections were made all penetrations were sealed with hydro cement and the trench was backfilled. Work was thoroughly tested for leaks. Thank you for choosing TE Certified
For this job the customer stated their disposal was not functioning. Inspection showed the disposal was ceased and could not be fixed. Customer supplied new 1/2 hp disposal which we installed. Work was performed and thoroughly tested. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Charles called us out to his home today because his refrigerator breaker was tripping and would not turn back on. Upon investigating the breaker was not resetting because it was faulty. Charles went with my recommendation of install installing a whole home surge protector, and replacing the breaker.
