Schedualed an appointment for next day, they ended up calling me back about 45 minutes after scheduling saying a tech was in the area and could come now. I had tried to replace the shower cartridge and made it worse. The tech, Austin was professional, and got the job done. Price was far less than I was expecting, and repair took no time. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs.

My main hesitation to a better review is feel He tried to over sell me and added things I didn’t need and tried to slip them by me We settled on a price he said he could come back today and he would go to his shop and be back within an hour and a half. I waited three hours on him. They were there a good while working on my sink and then they said they bought the wrong water heater said they’d be back in an hour. It was an hours and 45 minutes later that they came back, and after that, they worked hard and they got out another hour and he gave me $100 off the quoted price because of the inconvenience but I didn’t get to see prices for my size water heater because he traded me out for a smaller one, also tried to sell service to maintain my water heater for maintenance for almost a thousand dollars Is that standard for you guys? I live on a very tight budget and my home needs lots of things. I am looking for someone I can trust to begin getting them done.one by one I really felt like I could trust the guy from your company who fixed the a/c earlier this summer and would call him Again Although Brandon was really nice and I know he had to be tired. it was a long day for both of us but I don’t understand why he didn’t measure the space where the water heater was supposed to go before he gave me an estimate in the first place or brought one to my home However they did an excellent job when they came back of putting it in and making sure everything was working properly. The new hot water heater looks very nice and I’m very thankful we have hot water tonight so it’s just honestly a mixed review.

I came out today due to power loss at a receptacle located in the master bathroom right of the sink. I pulled the device out and it had (1) cable assembly 12/2 stabbed into the back of the device and I found another cut of wire in the back of the box. I checked the other bathrooms and they are on a separate circuit with the GFCI device located in the powder room controlling the upstairs hall bathroom. I went to the panel and found a 20 amp GFCI breaker in the off position and after resetting the breaker power was restored. I took a hair dryer and applied a load onto the circuit in the master bathroom and did not get the breaker to trip. The panel has many issues going on inside. The cover is a type GE, the main breaker and panel board is ITE (Siemens) and all breakers don’t match the manufacturer along with the cover. I found that the right buss has had significant heat on the buss bar and I used a thermal imaging camera and found no overheating while on site. An S/O cord is coming up
Replaced all toilet seats with customer supplied bidet seats. Replaced all water stops and supply lines to toilets. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
For this job, the issue was a leak under the kitchen sink. Two p-traps were flowing in the same direction. I removed all tubular piping, and the bracket strainer and replaced all of it. Once complete I filled up both sides of the sinks multiple times to check for leaks once complete and I fixed some minor issues I cleaned up and tested everything again. Bedroom unit not cooling. Compressor on unit is bad. Has busted valve internally. The compressor will not pump down refrigerant. The temperature drop was only 5°. The indoor call showed signs of a small leak. Leak tested call could not find a leak. Drain was draining. Capacitor on outdoor unit was weak. Overall, the cooling system is in Poor shape. Tested heat exchanger checked out good. The best option would be to replace the system with a new unit. Customer is going to let us know if he wants us to quote a new system. Has minimum flood protection . Doesn’t have a wet switch..
Diagnostic Perform inspection on 2023 Lennox heat pump system. System is in near new condition. Customer states they are moving in near future and home is on the market. Customer has a wet spot under air conditioner. This wet spot is continuing into the basement. Luckily this is an unfinished area. Found drain clogged in system. There is absolutely no kind of flood prevention. Will quote price to unclog drain and add some type of flood protection. Pressure in system looks good. System is producing good cool air. Price quote to simply unclogged drain, plus with 2 gallons of water. Customer approved flushing, drain and clearing drain with mighty pump. This was done and drain is clear and system is working properly.
Labeled panel and installed gfi protection
Performed diagnostic on 2011 Goodman heat pump system. The system conditions, the upstairs portion of the home. This is a 3 ton system. Home is currently for sale and being shown today.Upon initial inspection found pan to have an inch of water in it. Upon startup of AC pressure in system is extremely low around 50/260. This is one of two things. This system has either developed a significant leak. Or the system is no longer flowing refrigerant properly and has a clogged piston or line dryer. Neither the situations are good. With the age and condition of equipment. This repair is not really recommended. There are other things going on in the system as well. The contactor is buzzing loudly and close to failure. The blower capacitor is out of spec and should be replaced. The blower assembly is very dirty. This system is running without a filter currently. This looks to be a 25 x 25 or 30 x 30 filter in the wall. Simply not in place. There is visible ice on the coil currently. I will quote
For this job, I diagnosed leaking issue coming from the hvac system on the main level of home, hvac is scheduled from 2 to 5 today. I noticed some issues with the water heater, since the owners are moving they decided to move forward with repairs. I installed a new shut off, thermal expansion tank, and bracket for water heater. I also ran 18 inches of copper on both the hot and cold waterlines. The last issue with the water heater was the temperature and pressure relief line I re connected the tnp and added a drain. Customer had a leak coming from upstairs vanity p trap and was leaking into garage ceiling. I cut out sheet rock and found leak. Removed p trap and cleaned seals. Reinstalled and tightened slip joins. Leak stopped. Also noticed there may be a leak in the clothes washer. I let homeowner know we do not work on or troubleshoot appliances. Water heater is also leaking. Pan has a half inch of water in it. Customer did not want to take care of this today.
Customer had different technician replace two toilets on the main level of home. When replacing toilet discovered that both toilet flanges were cracked and that the water stop for one of the toilets did not shut the water off. Replaced both toilet flanges and faulty water stop Cleaned up and tested work. Everything is working as it should at this time Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
For this job we replaced faulty and poorly installed outlets in garage, living room, hallway and breakfast room. Checked and tested outlets. We also give 3 quotes on doing a panel restoration, adding a whole home surge protector, and replacing two lights on the front porch.

Customer called us out to replace both upstairs toilets. On inspection both toilets had leaks from the bolts connecting the tank to the bowl. I pulled both toilets. Both toilets had broken flanges and the hallway toilet had a leaking shut off valve. I replaced the toilets with new supply line, wax ring, closet bolts and china caps. I did not tighten toilet all the way down to prevent further issues with the flanges. Customers were advised not to use toilets till tomorrow.
