I was in search of an electrician to assist in a myriad of projects in my house. After some research, I chose TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. From start to finish, I had the best experience. I have been dealing with several contractors during our bathroom renovation process, and my experience has been hit or miss...until today. Jordon was the technician from TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling that was assigned to my project. From the beginning, Jordon contacted me this morning, and gave me ample time to prepare for his visit. Once he arrived, he was beyond helpful. First, I noticed that he had on protective footwear that would protect my flooring from the rain. Once he entered my home, everything went so smoothly. He took extra care in assessing what I needed repaired. He took the time to explain the scope of the job, and gave me many options to choose from so I didn't feel like I was being up-charged from the work. I honestly have not had such a positive experience with someone working on my house. He walked me through the process every step of the way. He was so careful with my home, neat thorough, and overall exceedingly pleasant. I didn't know that it was possible to actually enjoy the process of having electrical repairs. With that said, I will ALWAYS use TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for all of my electrical and plumbing needs. Jordon has made me a customer for life.
