Came out today to perform a two system HVAC service call for for no heat. Upon inspection of the upstairs system found that the furnace is from 2006 Rheem, coil that is a carrier, and outdoor system is a Amana from 2018. Upon inspection of the system, customer stated that he had recently just had both thermostats replaced. I found both thermostats properly wired up and set up in the settings proper. This thermostat was turning on the system and cool, but the blower motor would not run, upon further inspection, the system was not sending any signal to turn the system on on heat, upon testing them system found that the indoor blower wheel is dirty, there is no TE standard flood protection, the indoor capacitor for the system was OK. Due to no airflow could not properly diagnose any refrigerant charge. Also inspected the downstairs system, which is a Rheem gas furnace from 2006 with AC and coil from 2007. This system is a R 22 system and R 22 is obsolete. Upon further inspection of this
