Performed 1 system diagnostic on main level unit. Found failed inducer motor, corroded control board, failed ecm motor. Unit is under warranty but has about 7 months left on warranty. Customer wanted options to replace the main unit and possibly the second level unit as well. Customer also signed up for homecare for 2 systems. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
