During today’s visit, I inspected the master bathroom toilet that we had previously reset approximately two months ago. I found that the toilet bolts had loosened overtime, and the bowl was no longer properly caulked. I tightened the mounting boat and applied to fresh beat of caulk around the base to ensure stable, water tight seal. While evaluating the toilet, I also noted that the internal tank components were showing signs of corrosion and aging, indicating they would likely begin leaking in the near future. I reviewed these concerns with the customer, and she approved moving forward with a full rebuild of the toilet tank. All tank components were replaced and tested. The toilet is not operating properly with no leaks present at this time
