Fantastic service experience. Adam, the electrician who answered our call for help was punctual, courteous, listened patiently to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem and started the repairs. We had been out of power for two days. Adam with the many years of electrical experience behind him immediately knew were to look. The wiring behind the meter box was old and burned out and was a potential fire hazard. His diagnosis was confirmed by the power company who was called to turn off the power to the house before repairs could begin. I was impressed by Adam’s meticulous attention to detail both in his repairs but also in his concern for the appearance of the work done. He strived to do the best job he could do to please his customer. He had to enlarge the area in the brick siding of my house to install the new larger meter box. The result was that the area looked as though the brick had been butter cut with a butter knife — it was perfect and later he scrubbed the surrounding area from any dust and mortar to leave it clean and perfect. He even saw a few cracks between some nearby bricks and applied some mortar to those as well. He was working on the problem from 10:30am til about 6:30pm and was instrumental in getting the power company to respond quickly to the connection needs to get the job done. I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THIS MANS WORK AND CAN’T RECOMMEND HIM HIIGHLY ENOUGH ! If he represents the caliber of worker’s TE Certified has, I will not hesitate to call them for other services.
