I called TE to troubleshoot my electrical system as several outlets failed after circuit breakers had tripped and reset. My house was being dried by a restoration service after a water leak using multiple fans and dehumidifiers. The company said they would pay for anything caused by their equipment. I called TE and explained the situation and fit me in to their schedule to visit the next day. The electrician (Kevin) arrived ion time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He clearly explained what had occurred and identified the required steps to correct the problem and also identified 2 outlets that did not have to be changed now but should be in the future if I wanted to wait. I have used TE for HVAC and electrical service for several years and have found all their team ro be extremely professional and friendly (both onsite and those in the office) and I am happy to recommend them.
