Performed customer 2 system fall (HEAT) homecare maintenance check. Home is vacant and for sale, homeowner met me a property. Did full evaluation for upstairs system, started heat from thermostat and noticed system was not coming on, did diagnostic on furnace and found that inducer draft motor has failed. Advised customer of issue, he approved to have new inducer draft motor and pressure switch installed, advised customer as well of a damaged 10” return duct, he approved to have repaired as well. Made repairs for system, tested and everything was working, tightened all connections on control board. Customer supplied air cleaner media pad. Did not find any more issues with heat, turned on ac unit and everything began to cool as well. Did full evaluation for the downstairs system, customer advised me that there was a leak coming from the flue pipe. We installed the system, fixed flue pipe under warranty tested and no more leaks. System is clean, customer changed air cleaner, inside syste
